Edmond Fallot red wine vinegar with shallot juice is obtained from red wine. It is then aged for 12 months in wooden barrels, in case oak, which gives it unique flavors and character. Once the red wine vinegar has been obtained, shallot juice is added to the preparation to flavor it more.
Cooking tips: Perfect for salad dressing or sauce but also will also accompany oyster and fish dishes. It will bring you that little touch of originality!
This vinegar with 7% acidity has a cherry red color, a nose of red fruits and shallots as well as a beautiful aromatic power.
