SHIPPING – GENERAL

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We offer free delivery for orders over $200. Orders less than $200 will incur a delivery charge of $15.40.

Our delivery time is 8am to 5pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.
Delivery days will be notified to you after your order has been placed, and generally takes place two to five days from your order date. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date and will notify you.

The frozen and chill can only be delivered in Metropolitan areas only.

Returns

Any product will be refunded or replaced if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is faulty
- The order is incomplete

SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We do not presently ship to destinations outside Australia as food products are often problematic with Customs regulations.
