Sauerkraut, prepared with duck confit from the South-West, duck sausage and smoked bacon should be served rather hot with steam potatoes.

Easy to cook: Present the charcuterie on the cabbage. Reheat (210°C) in a traditional oven. Serve hot, garnish with steamed potatoes. Accompany with a white wine from Alsace.

Ingredients: Sauerkraut 45%. Filling: 19% duck confit from France, 16% duck sausage (pork from France, duck meat from France, salt, pepper), smoked pork belly 3% from France. Sauce: veal broth (wheat), white wine, onion, duck fat, salt, spices, garlic.
