A very nice starter with this ham stuffed with foie gras. These rounds of ham have a beautiful aesthetic to them. Light entry, fresh and in the center, the delicacy of foie gras. The Sauternes jelly will bring fruity notes to this entry.
Tasting tips: serve cold, in slices, in a gourmet salad.
Ingredients: Ham 50% (origne France), duck foie gras 25%, Sauternes jelly 20% (water, Sauternes 5%, jelly), water, salt, Port, spices, sugar.

Haven’t tried this and the boar pate with armagnac yet but judging from the ones I have tried, I am sure they will not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed by all 4 of us participating in the 14th of July commemoration.
