Green Peppercorn Dijon Mustard served in a glass jar.
This mustard is made in the traditional way by the Fallot company in Beaune, mustard makers since 1840. The seeds, selected for their quality, are ground the same way in the past with a stone millstone (made of flint). The stone millstone prevents the seeds from heating up and preserves their flavour.
Tasting advice: To accompany your red meats like a entrecote with green pepper sauce.
