Our Goose Blanquette combines the delicacy of goose leg, the fondant of small vegetables and a sauce with a tasty texture.
Easy to cook: Reheat in a traditional oven or microwave and serve with white rice or semolina.
Ingredients: Goose meat from Périgord 40% (origin France). Sauce: homemade duck broth, cream, white wine, onions, corn starch, wheat flour, corn flour, duck fat, salt, garlic, pepper, nutmeg. Vegetables 20%: carrots, leeks, button mushrooms, butter, sugar.
