A hand picked mix of Cloud ear mushrooms, Slippery jack mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms and Shiitake mushrooms. These wild mushrooms from France add a unique earthy flavour to your dishes!
Ingredients: 100% Dried wild forest mushrooms.
Preparation: Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in lukewarm water, then place into a small bowl and fill with hot water. Allow to soak for 15 minutes then drain. Place your mushrooms into boiling water for one minute and drain. Your favourite wild mushrooms are now ready for cooking.
Recommended storage conditions: Dry, dark, airy and tempered area between 12 and 21°C, with 50 % max of moisture, protected from any insect contamination
