Le Coq au Vin de Cahors: tender and tasty meat simmered for a long time in a very good Cahors wine.
Easy to cook: Place the contents of the box in a traditional ovenproof dish and heat gently 180°C. Serve with steamed potatoes, fresh pasta and small golden garlic croutons.
Ingredients: Topping: 47% rooster from France, pork belly from France, carrots.
Sauce: Cahors wine 35%, duck broth, onion (water, carcass, carrots, turnips, leeks, cloves), pork blood, wheat flour, duck fat, white stock (celery, eggs), salt , corn flour, modified starch, garlic, parsley, sugar, spices.
