Easy to prepare:
Heat over low heat in a saucepan without letting it boil.
Serve hot in a deep plate accompanied by toasted bread croutons garnished with rouille or aioli and sprinkled with cheese, Parmesan or Gruyere according to your tastes. This fish soup can also be used as a broth to cook pasta.
