Two roasted quails flambé with Armagnac, delicately simmered in a delicious sauce with foie gras and grapes: a refined recipe for an elegant dinner.
Easy to cook: Reheat in a traditional oven and serve with white rice or semolina. Can be also served cold with a nice salad.
Ingredients: Sauce: duck broth (water, carcass, carrots, turnips, leeks, cloves), muscat, duck foie gras, grape 6%, sherry vinegar, modified starch, liquid cream, shallot, sugar, corn flour, wheat flour, duck fat, salt, Armagnac, white broth (celery eggs), pepper.
