Yuzu Mustard Jar 105g Edmond Fallot
This product is currently sold out.
Yuzu is a small citrus fruit from Japan, with a marked acidity, the taste located between lime, yellow grapefruit and tangerine. It cannot be eaten as it is because it is very acidic and contains a lot of seeds, but it is very appreciated in all kinds of salty, sweet or spicy sauces. Fallot chose this fruit of excellence and subtlety, in order to offer a product of delicious originality to the finest gourmets.
Tasting advice: This Yuzu mustard will finely spice up vinaigrettes, mayonnaises, fish, as well as poultry and vegetable mixtures. It can also be associated with raw vegetable salads, sweet and sour, with avocado or apples.
Who is Edmond Fallot?
La Maison Fallot is an independent Burgundian family business since 1840. It has ever since protected the craftsmanship of mustard making including seed grinding in the stony grindstone hence conserving its gastronomic qualities.
La Moutarderie Fallot enriched its range of products over the years with aromatics mustards, vinegars, and others condiments like pickles.
Wonderful stuff. I just wish the jars were larger!
