An alternative between the fondant of the block and the strength of whole foie gras. This block of foie gras has a nice smooth slice, marbled with pieces of whole foie gras.
This delicious Foie Gras from Jean Larnaudie will delight and impress Foie Gras lovers. It’s lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and is IGP certified (Foie Gras de Canard Sud-Quest origin controlled).
Easy to use: Put the box in the refrigerator a few hours before serving your block of foie gras. We recommend that you open the bottom of the box, remove one, and gently press the other. You can then slice it using a lyre or a thin knife blade dipped in hot water. Good tasting.
Ambient storage temperature. Storage after opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
