On a base of 43% cocoa milk chocolate, real caramel chips give Z-Karamel chocolate its very special flavor. Made within the Cluizel Manufacture, they give it a subtly crunchy texture. This chocolate reveals notes of farm cream but also sweet sweet notes. No flavor is added to this chocolate, for a true taste.
You’ll find a variety of uses for this couverture through ice cream, mousse, bavaroise, cream-based desserts, cake icing, gateaux and ice creams on a stick, if you first mix it with some vegetable oil.
