Milk chocolate bar from plantation 'Mangaro' with notes of caramel, exotic fruits, gingerbread, and honey with a lingering flavour of sultanas.
Grown from the Mangaro Plantation of North Madagascar, The beans are harvested according to traditional methods, where poles are used to harvest the pods by hand, Cluizel then roasts the beans itself and turns them into cocoa paste and, ultimately, into chocolate.
