The Mini Baba is savarin served soaked in a syrup, usually with rum.

Here it is soaked in old plum liqueur syrup and is perfect as an accompaniment to coffee, tea or dessert.

Tasting tips: As an accompaniment to coffee or tea. For dessert, garnished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, wheat-based glucose syrup, Old Plum (12%), wheat flour (gluten), whole fresh eggs, pastry butter, yeast, salt.
