The El Jardin Plantation 75% cocoa dark chocolate square is characterised by notes of honey, red berries and caramel, combined with roasted and peppery notes. It concludes with a fresh and minty finish.

Located in Colombia, the El Jardin Plantation in Finca El Jardin on the Ariari river plains covers 20 hectares. The protection afforded by this exceptional and luxuriant environment allows the cocoa trees to flourish. The name of the El Jardin Plantation alludes to the Meta region, which abounds with beautiful natural “gardens".
