The Mangaro Noir Plantation Chocolate 65% cocoa bar has a unique aromatic profile, a blend of exotic fruits, spicy pains and tangy citrus notes. In Africa, in the northwest of the island of Madagascar, the Mangaro Plantation flourishes in the rich valley of the Sambirano river. Cocoa derives, in part, its aromatic particularities from a tropical climate tempered by the maritime influences of the Indian Ocean. The name of the Mangaro Plantation evokes the vast forest of mango trees that occupied the place before cocoa trees were planted there.
