The real Cassoulet with Confit of Duck, cooked according to a traditional family recipe, is a great classic specialty from South-West of France.
Our authentic cassoulets are made of excellent lingot beans, delicious Quercy sausages and selected duck confits. Enjoy them rather hot and crispy brown right from the oven.

Easy to cook: Pour the cassoulet into a traditional ovenproof dish as wide as possible, so as to spread it in a medium thick layer. Remove the pieces of meat above the beans. Preheat the oven (th.6), let the cassoulet heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Finish under the grill for 5 minutes. Serve it piping hot.

Ingredients: Filling: sausage 80 g (pork shoulder from France, salt, pepper), fatty duck leg 50 g from France. Bullion beans; Sauce: duck broth (water, carcass, carrots, turnips, leeks, cloves), onion, tomato paste, duck fat, modified starch, corn flour, white stock (wheat, celery, eggs), salt, garlic, parsley, spices, sugar.
