SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened blood peach purée is made from vineyard peaches picked at optimum ripeness in our producers' orchards in the Côteaux du Lyonnais. The selected fresh vineyard peaches are processed into fruit purée here in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
