This block of foie gras is made from duck breeded in the Southwest in France. Ideal as an aperitif, diced or sliced. Bloc Foie Gras is made of 90% whole foie gras and 10% very hot water. The mixture is emulsified in high rotation and then packed in Block to take its definitive form, while temperature is cooling down.
