A Hidden Gem

Before I saw this listing on Gourmet De Paris' site, I was unaware of Cémoi completely. Talk about an education, though! The product was delivered rapidly and at a price point to die for. I've recently paired it against the likes of Valrhona, Callebaut and Domori and I've gotta say, it's hard to fault Cémoi against them!
